Bridging the implementation gap between sustainability commitments and measurable value creation

Across ASEAN, organisations have made significant sustainability commitments. The challenge is no longer ambition, it is implementation. SIVP was established to bridge this implementation gap, helping organisations strengthen competitiveness, develop talent, enhance customer experiences, and create measurable business, societal and environmental value through capability building, collaboration and practical implementation.

SIVP is a Singapore-anchored regional implementation platform inspired by a United Nations Global Compact case study, built on The GUAVA Model and more than two decades of implementation experience. Beginning with hospitality, travel and tourism, SIVP will progressively expand its implementation model across industries.

SIVP believes that Sustainability Creates Value. By making sustainability visible, tangible and experienced, SIVP recognises organisations creating meaningful value for customers, employees, communities, the environment and business, while contributing to ASEAN's competitiveness, resilience and global leadership in sustainable innovation.

Beyond Comliance

Creating value, not simply meeting reporting requirements.

Motivating Participation

Encouraging progress rather than benchmarking organisations against one another.

Systemic & Holistic

Recognising integrated approaches rather than isolated initiatives.

Long-term Progress

Supporting continuous improvement rather than one-off actions.

Strategic Partnership

Encouraging collaboration and shared value creation.
